Terms And Conditions

Clients are requested to read carefully the following terms, they are standard UK Business Law and must be strictly adhered to.

• All fees are based on an 8-hour day which must include a lunch break: 1 full hour break in 6 working hours: Normal working hours are between 9am - 6pm.
• Minimum Booking for presenting/photographic work is 2 hours, charged at the normal hourly rate.: Presenting/Photographic work only guarantees the personally chosen model will be the actual, fulfilling the assignment.
• The following are all negotiable prior to a booking: overtime (extensive travel), rates of one and a half times the hourly rate apply before 9am, and after 6pm and on all bookings over 8 hours. The overtime rate is 1½ the daily rate 18.00 and 24.00 hours. A special rate is negotiated for night work (24.00 and 9.00 hours).
• All fees should be paid on a pro-forma basis unless otherwise agreed in advance.
• Interest will be charged at the Bank of England rate of 8% from the due date.*
• An order number is appreciated prior to the commencement of all bookings and should include all relevant details.
• If the client gives 24 hours or less notice of cancellation, he should pay the full amount quoted. In the event of giving less than 7 working days notice, the client shall pay a 50% fee/ 28 working days or less 25%.
• Any freelancer employed by the hirer within 24 months of a booking: an introductory fee will be payable on 30% of the net value of such bookings ALWAYS.
• Any cause for complaint should be reported when it arises. Complaints cannot be accepted in retrospect.
• Photographic/fashion models may not sign a release form and the photographer must not use photographs unless specific contracts are signed.
• We make every possible endeavour to ensure a satisfactory and efficient service, but cannot be held responsible for performers conduct on assignments; acts are at all times to be regarded as self-employed/freelance principals.
• We reserve the right to negotiate within the structure of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are without prejudice to any claim against the client.
• We would consider a discount for any one booking 10 persons or more
